BCFSA is accountable to the Province of British Columbia, and our administrative processes and regulatory statements are developed in accordance with applicable legislation.

Disclaimer – As part of BCFSA’s transition to an integrated regulator for the financial services sector, BCFSA is replacing former Real Estate Council Bylaws and Policy Statements with BCFSA Administrative Processes and Regulatory Statements. The work to review and revise these is ongoing. In the interim, some content will appear as originally published.
