As part of the 2024 Real Estate Brokerage Data Call, BCFSA collected residential sales data from real estate brokerages for the period between February 18, 2024, and March 16, 2024. The data call applied to all trading services brokerages in B.C.

This data call builds on the 2022 and 2023 data calls. The purpose of these data collection efforts is to inform BCFSA about current market conditions and risks and contribute to BCFSA’s evidence-based policy development and decision-making, as well as efforts to modernize regulatory practices.
