Renewing Your Mortgage Broker Registration
As a mortgage broker you must regularly renew your registration in accordance with the Mortgage Brokers Act and Regulations.

When it is time to renew your registration, you will be sent a Service Request number 60 days prior to your expiration date.
To complete your renewal, you will need to make sure:
- Your annual filings are up to date;
- Your business is in good standing and up to date in BC Registry;
- All information on directors/officers is accurate and current on IRIS; and
- You have a VISA, MasterCard, or American Express ready to pay the renewal fee ($1,750 as of April 1, 2022).
When you are ready with your Service Request number and all required information up to date, log in to IRIS, find your Service Request number under the Organizational Dashboard and follow the prompts to complete the submission.
