Managing Broker Tools to Support Your Team
You play a critical role in the industry with formal responsibility for the business operations of your brokerage and the actions of the licensed and unlicensed staff that provide services on the brokerage’s behalf.
Part of your responsibilities includes supervision and being available to assist and advise licensed and unlicensed staff in day-to-day activities; providing training and guidance; and, fostering an understanding of, and compliance with, regulatory requirements.
