Public consultation begins on draft Information Security Guideline for B.C. Pension Plan Administrators
BCFSA has launched a public consultation requesting feedback from B.C. regulated pension plan administrators and industry stakeholders on a draft revised Information Security Guideline for B.C. Pension Plan Administrators.
The consultation aims to inform affected stakeholders of the changes to the information security guideline, and to gather feedback. Interested stakeholders are welcome to submit their feedback using an online Consultation Feedback form. The consultation is open until September 6, 2024.

Interested parties are invited to review the proposed Information Security Guideline for B.C. Pension Plan Administrators on the BCFSA website and provide comments through an online Consultation Feedback form.
Responses and comments captured by the Consultation Feedback form will provide the basis of a consultation summary report. BCFSA values the feedback it receives during consultations and will consider and use input received during the consultation, as appropriate, to finalize the guideline. Feedback submissions are treated as confidential records and BCFSA will not publish individual submissions or attribute content. However, please note that all submissions are subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
