Organizations that rely substantially on information technology face growing information security threats. As potential consequences of information security breaches constitute a concern for BC Financial Services Authority (“BCFSA”), the organization developed an Information Security Guideline. Check out the Guideline, which highlights expectations for all B.C. credit unions, insurance, trust companies, and pension plan administrators (“PRFIs”) to mitigate their information security risks.
