- All international applicants must demonstrate English proficiency by achieving a level seven or higher on the Canadian English Proficiency Index Program General Test, provide proof of a bachelor’s degree or higher from an English-speaking institution, or have been licensed in another Canadian jurisdiction and satisfied their English language requirements.
